  • If cancellation occurs before work has begun, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued based on the following criteria:

  • Completed Work: If services have already been rendered, refunds will be prorated based on the portion of work completed.

  • Prepaid Packages: For prepaid packages, unused services may be refunded at Peach State Social’s discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services already delivered and approved by the client.

  • Deposits or retainers, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., paid ads, stock images).

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

5. Disputes

If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue before pursuing a refund. We value client feedback and will work to address your concerns promptly.
