About

Community-first marketing, built local

Peach State Social is built around a simple idea: small businesses win when we support each other. We're not a faceless app or a distant agency — we're local, hands-on, and focused on what actually works.

Why this exists

Built by someone who's had zero margin for error

Niels Alan Cortes founded Peach State Social after careers where mistakes cost lives — not revenue. As an 11-H Infantry Squad Leader with the 101st Airborne (2/187 Raider Rakkasans), he landed on the first flight into Kandahar Airfield on January 3, 2002. He was selected in-theater to train foreign special forces. He later served as an Air Force Staff Sergeant managing full fiscal accountability for a munitions squadron at Osan AFB.

After the military, he worked for three years as a frontline COVID-19 travel nurse in ICU, detox, psychiatric, and acute care units. When a service-connected disability ended that career, he applied the same operational precision — logistics, resource management, crisis triage — to the problem that stalls most small businesses: admin overload.

SABIR is that system. It's not a product — it's an operating method. Designed to be quiet, consistent, and ruthlessly efficient so the business owner can focus on the work that actually pays them.

“When a service-connected disability ended my nursing career, I didn't pivot into marketing. I applied military logistics to a civilian crisis — administrative burnout stalling rural small businesses.”

— Niels Alan Cortes, Founder & Service-Disabled Veteran
